How it works

From "let's talk" to shipping together.

No long contracts. No twelve-page SOWs. Here's what working together actually looks like.

  1. 01

    30-minute intro call

You tell me what you're building, where you're stuck, and what "winning" looks like. I tell you whether I think I can help and how. If I can't, I'll point you to someone who can. No pitch.

  2. 02

    Proposal in 48 hours

A short written plan: what I'd do, how long it'd take, what it'd cost, and what success looks like. One page. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Pick a structure that fits

Project, retainer, equity, revenue share, or a combination. I lean toward partnership models when you're going to be around for a while — skin in the game on both sides keeps incentives clean.

  4. 04

    We start

I'm in your Slack, on your repo, in your planning. I'm not invisible — you'll know what I'm working on, why, and what's coming next.

  5. 05

    You ship.

    That's the whole point.

Pricing & engagement models

Hourly / project

For one-off reviews, sprints, or bounded scope. Clear deliverables, clear price.

Monthly retainer

Ongoing technical partner. Predictable monthly cost, predictable access to me.

Revenue share

For pre-revenue or early-revenue founders who can't afford retainer rates yet but are going to win. I take a percentage of revenue, capped, for a defined period. We win together.

Equity

For the right partnership. Standard advisor or fractional-cofounder grants, vesting over time.

I take on a small number of partnership-model clients at a time on purpose. If you want my full attention, that's the model — and I'm picky about who I do it with.
