A few years into the AI tooling boom, I noticed a pattern. The people getting the most out of these tools weren't the engineers — they were founders, designers, and operators who finally had the leverage to build the thing they'd been describing in meetings for years.
And almost all of them hit the same wall. The AI got them 80% of the way to a real product, and then the last 20% — the part that actually decides whether you have a business — got way harder. That's the part I'm good at.
