For founders building with AI

You're vibe-coding a business.
I'll be your technical cofounder.

Fractional. Equity, rev-share, or retainer — sized to fit your stage, not the standard cofounder split.

The hard part isn't getting the AI to write code. It's knowing what to build, choosing the right architecture before it bites you, shipping it for real, and not waking up at 3am to a database that just deleted itself. That's where I come in.

What I actually do for you

Not a course. Not a Slack group. A senior engineer in your corner.

Architecture review

Look at what the AI's been building and tell you what's going to break, when, and what to do about it — before it costs you a customer.

Shipping for real

Auth, payments, deployment, monitoring, backups. The grown-up parts of a product that vibe-coding tools wave at but don't actually solve.

Tech decisions

Stack choices, hosting, vendor selection, when to rewrite, when to duct-tape. Years of "I've made that mistake" so you don't have to.

Hands-on building

When the AI gets stuck on something gnarly — auth flows, weird bugs, performance — I jump in and write the code with you.

Codebase rescue

Old AI-generated code that's gotten away from you, or a contractor's mess you inherited. I clean it up, modernize it, and hand it back as something you can actually build on.

The 3am call

Production down. Stripe webhook failing. Database migration corrupted. Whatever it is, you have someone to call who actually knows.

Why this exists

AI lets you build. It doesn't make you a CTO.

The vibe-coding boom is real. People are shipping things in a weekend that used to take a team a quarter. That's amazing — and it's also why so many of those projects quietly die three months in.

Because writing the code was never the hard part. The hard part is everything around it: deciding what to build, choosing a stack you won't regret, surviving your first 100 users, hiring someone, and not getting wiped out by a security flaw the model cheerfully introduced.

I've spent 20+ years doing exactly that. I'd rather partner with a few founders who are going to actually ship than write another internal dashboard for someone else.

Let's see if we're a fit.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. Tell me what you're building and what's stuck.
